Truth About Capture and Holding

Below is the situation as it is today. Sadly the BLM continues to make every effort to wipe out all the remaining wild horses and burros.

The Bureau of Land Management, is entrusted and assigned to protect wild horses and burros and is funded with American tax dollars,

Instead of doing what the BLM was created for they have allowed toxic mining, gas and oil companies, fracking and over 3 million cattle to roam on the land that was in their stewardship.

The echo system is collapsing these majestic wild and free horses and burros are being slaughtered, rounded up in small pens with no shelter, being euthanized.

The BLM is killing our heritage to feed their greed and our tax payer dollars is paying for it.

In 2013, the National Academy of Science’s issued a scathing report,
calling for the BLM, to cease wild horse & burro removals, because the wild horses & burros are now, under populated, due to the BLM’s, past, many years of excessive, wild horse and burro removals.

Unfortunately, The BLM ignores the science and the echo system of “OUR PUBLIC LANDS” and continues to allow the poisoning of the land and the removal of wild horses & burros in excess, causing further destruction to already decimated wild horse families, dangerously risking causing permanent extinction of our remaining native wild horses and burros, in America.

THIS MUST NOT HAPPEN.
We are the ones that must stand united against this criminal behavior.
